How to unpair your JBL wireless headphones from a device
You will need to unpair your JBL wireless headphones from the device they are connected to if you wish to pair your headphones with a new device. Here are the steps to follow to unpair your JBL wireless headphones from the device they are currently connected to:
Turn on your JBL wireless headphones by removing them from their charging case.
Bring up the device your JBL wireless headphones are connected to.
Go to the Bluetooth settings of the device
Find the name of your JBL wireless headphones then press Disassociate and Forget this device (depending on the device model you are using your JBL wireless headphones with).
You can now connect your JBL wireless headphones to a new device by following the pairing steps.
If you are unable to access the Bluetooth settings of the device your JBL wireless headphones are currently connected to (due to a missing password, for example), you can reset your JBL wireless headphones to factory settings. This action will forget all previous connections.
